Welcome to Go Kaura. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or booking any services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Go Kaura, the moving service provider.
- “You,” “Customer” refers to the person or entity using our services.
2. Services
Go Kaura provides professional moving services within the UK, including packing, loading, transportation, and delivery of personal belongings. By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate information and access to your property to complete the move.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by us once scheduled.
- A detailed quote will be provided based on your moving requirements, and any additional services requested after the initial quote may incur extra charges.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various forms of payment, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your move by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled move. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, traffic conditions), we may need to reschedule your move. We will notify you as soon as possible and make arrangements to complete your move at a convenient time.
5. Liability
- We take every precaution to ensure your belongings are handled with care. However, Go Kaura will not be liable for any damages or loss caused by improper packing done by the customer or if items are not disclosed in advance.
- Go Kaura is not responsible for any delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., road closures, extreme weather, third-party interference).
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items requiring special handling (e.g., fragile or valuable items) are properly packed or disclosed to us in advance.
6. Prohibited Items
For safety reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, or items prohibited by law. These include but are not limited to:
- Flammable materials (e.g., gasoline, lighter fluid).
- Explosives and firearms.
- Perishable goods or live animals. Please consult with us if you are unsure about the eligibility of any items.
7. Insurance
While we take care to protect your belongings, we recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value or fragile items. We may provide guidance on third-party insurance providers if necessary.8. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure clear access to and from the property for the moving team.
- Notify us of any parking restrictions, stairs, or obstacles that may affect the move.
- Properly secure any high-value items or documents before the move.
